Configuring lead sources and notifications

Settings lets you manage the list of lead sources your team can pick from (IndiaMART, Website, Referral, Walk-in, etc.) — add new ones or retire ones you no longer use.

Notifications

From Notifications, configure:

• Round-robin assignment — auto-distribute unassigned new leads evenly across active employees
• Custom SMTP — send emails (quotations, invoices, reminders) from your own domain instead of the platform default
• Send Test — verify email delivery is actually working before you rely on it

> Tip: if quotation/invoice emails aren't arriving, this is the first place to check — a misconfigured custom SMTP silently falls back to nothing being sent, not to the platform default.
