Converting a quotation to an invoice

Once a customer accepts a quotation, open it and click Convert to invoice. LeadArc creates a new invoice with:

• The same customer and every line item, quantity, and GST rate
• A fresh invoice number, dated today
• A link back to the original quotation for reference

You're free to adjust quantities or add/remove lines on the invoice afterward — converting doesn't lock anything in, it just saves you re-entering the whole quote.
