Self-service cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from My Subscription → Cancel inside your CRM workspace. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period.

What happens to your data

Cancelled workspaces are retained in read-only mode for 60 days so you can export your data. After 60 days, your data is permanently deleted.

Reactivation

You can reactivate your subscription any time within the 60-day window at your original grandfathered price. After that, current public pricing applies.
