• Account data: your name, business name, email, mobile number, GST number (optional).
• Content you create: leads, customers, quotations, invoices and related records you add to your workspace.
• Payment data: processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We store only the transaction reference, never the card number.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (for analytics and security).

2. How we use it

• To provide and improve the CRM service.
• To send transactional emails and WhatsApp messages related to your account.
• To detect and prevent abuse or security incidents.

3. Data storage

Your workspace data is stored on the server you (or your host) control. We do not share tenant data across workspaces.

5. Third-party services

LeadArc.in may integrate with third-party services (Razorpay, WATI, AiSensy, IndiaMART, Meta, Google) at your request. Data shared with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies.
