By creating an account with LeadArc.in you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Subscription & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are non-refundable except as required by the Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) resell the service without written consent, (b) send unsolicited communications through the platform, (c) attempt to compromise the security of the service or other tenants.

4. Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload. We claim no rights to your leads, customers or invoices.

5. Availability

LeadArc.in is delivered "as is" without warranties. We target 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time (see Cancellation Policy). We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
